I’m Gwen Fuller, Certified Professional Co-active Coach. My coaching philosophy is that we could all benefit from some updating and fine-tuning of our lives from time to time. My specialty is to provide tools and techniques for moving through challenges strategically so that life can become more balanced and fulfilling.
HOW DOES LIFE COACHING WORK?
We discuss your situation in person, over the phone, or using Skype. You can choose whichever method or methods fit your schedule.
Unlike other coaches, I do not require a three-month-minimum commitment. I believe that each client’s situation is unique. Most clients begin with weekly coaching for 30 – 60 minutes. As they begin making steady progress, many choose to scale back to once every two weeks. Some long-term, clients enjoy the re-energizing effect of being coached once a month or once a quarter. Each client determines his or her coaching schedule and the length of each session. Clients are free to adjust scheduling as needed.
WHO BENEFITS FROM COACHING?
Most of my clients are from throughout the United States. A handful are from Norway, England, and Italy. I’ve coached equal numbers of men and women, ranging in age from 20 – 65 years. Whether focusing on their personal or professional concerns, my clients all seek a greater sense of well-being in their lives.
Clients come to me saying things like:
- I’m frustrated. I feel like I’ve already tried everything.
- I just can’t stay motivated, even when I want to.
- I’m sick of my job, but it seems stupid to try something else.
- I really don’t like my body and it’s affecting my whole life.
- I love my husband/wife, but I don’t feel passion anymore.
- I’m bored with my life, but I’m not sure what’s missing.
- I’m always so stressed. I just want to relax and feel better.
